Checking in and out
Check-in: Anytime after 16:00 Check-out: By 10:00 Early check-ins and late check-outs are charged by the hour, if available. Please contact us for more information.
Cancelation Policy
A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received more than 7 days before date of arrival, no refund thereafter. Reservations dates cannot be modified. If you would like to change your reservation, you can make a new booking and then cancel the old one. Cancellation fees will apply.
Free Parking
Please use the parking lot next to the building. Parking is available during checked-in times only.
Manners
No visitors. The house is available to checked-in guests only. No smoking inside the house. Please be considerate of the neighbors by keeping quiet inside and outside the house after 22:00. If you like to drink late into the night, we highly recommend taking the party to the beach.
The Beach
海はその日の状況次第で、波が小さかったり、大きかったりと泳ぐのに適していたり、サーフィンに適していたり、変化があります。 その日の状況とお客様のご希望にあわせて選択肢が豊富な近隣のビーチからおすすめの場所をお伝えさせていただくことが可能です。 夏の海水浴シーズンの8時から17時はライフガードの指示に従って、海水浴をお楽しみください。
Nature
自然豊かな環境でのご滞在です。 建物周辺は定期的に防虫対策をしていますが、 建物内に虫がでる場合があります。 粘着シートや殺虫スプレーでの御対応となります。 イノシシは見かけたら、手を打ち鳴らすなどして、イノシシが逃げたり、通り過ぎたりしてから通行してください。
