Happy Buddha Smoothies<\/a> is a little hard to find but totally worth the extra effort. To get there take the main road and turn at the entrance for Irita Beach (between Re-mix and the Chinese restaurant). Instead of following the road to the left to the beach, turn right into the residential area. Once their walk around and keep your eyes open for a colorful Happy Buddha Sign. Nachan, the owner of Happy Buddha Smoothies<\/a> has created a peaceful bohemian vibe with wooden furniture and colorful fabrics. She has an extensive smoothie menu but I suggest asking for her recommendation, she’ll probably ask if you prefer something sweet or refreshing and go from there. She uses nothing but the best plant-based ingredients including raw nuts, cacao nibs, spiralina and the freshest of fruits so you should expect to pay a little more but I’m sure you will be impressed but the taste, presentation, and happy vibes. Happy Buddha doesn’t have regular hours but she’s open most sunny days in the summer.
